Registration Consent for The CIO Initiative Summit
By registering for The CIO Initiative Summit, I agree to the following terms:
- License for Use of Likeness: I grant The Executive Initiative LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use my name, image, and voice for event-related media without remuneration.
- Media Consent: I consent to the use of my likeness in event materials, acknowledging this may include descriptive text or commentary.
- Waiver of Rights: I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product and release any claims to royalties or ownership of my likeness.
- Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and will not receive financial compensation for the use of my likeness.
- Liability Release: I release The Executive Initiative LLC from any claims that may arise from my participation or the use of my likeness.
- Personal Expenses: I am responsible for my travel and lodging expenses related to the event, except as provided within my conference pass.
- Compliance with Event Rules: I agree to adhere to all event rules and local laws, understanding non-compliance may result in expulsion without a refund.
- Right to Modify Event Format: I acknowledge The Executive Initiative LLC may change the event format due to external factors without obligation for refunds.
- Additional Liability Release: I release The Executive Initiative LLC from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during travel to, from, or at the event.
- Age Verification and Competence: I affirm I am at least 18 years of age, have read, understand, and am competent to execute this agreement.
By proceeding with the purchase of a conference pass and/or registration, I confirm my understanding and agreement to these terms, facilitating a safe, compliant, and enjoyable event experience for all involved.
