Phil Newmoyer is an award-winning technology and business leader, growth and turn-around executive. He currently serves as President of RETISIO Commerce. Previously he served as CEO of Provoso Software, Chief Growth Officer for ICIX Software, Chief Information Officer for Toys”R”Us and Serta Simmons Bedding, and Chief Technology Officer of DFC Global Corp. He has also held executive positions in consulting, bio-tech, and banking, with leadership roles in more than 45 mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring engagements.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking. He is a keynote speaker, instructor, board member and active leader in important trade, technology, and charity organizations. Phil has served as a member of SAP’s Executive Advisory Council and is the recipient of Oracle’s Excellence Award for Fusion Middleware Innovation on Big Data and Analytics. He was also a Georgia CIO of the Year nominee.
