Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in organizational transformations and is currently the CEO of Women4STEM a not-for-profit supporting women throughout their STEM careers. Mary-Beth published her first book “In One Piece – A Step-by-Step Guide to Surviving Change” at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, with her second book “When now, means NOW! – A handbook for career change, advancement, and progression” which launched in May 2023.
Mary-Beth launched her third book “Not Another Digital Transformation – The 10xGeneration” in April 2024 focusing on organisational alignment and steering companies away from the digital transformation treadmill.
Mary-Beth recently was awarded the WEQUAL Technology leadership award for her work addressing the diversity within the corporate landscape and is a finalist for the Outstanding Leadership Awards for her work in STEM.
Mary-Beth holds a master’s degree in Business and Technology with majors in Strategic Management and Organizational Change Management, and has experience of leading restructures in multinational organizations. She acts as a mentor, coach and leader to those in the midst of organizational uncertainty, and has successfully delivered major programmes during times of significant change.
