David Cannon is a leading IT Service Management expert.  He has co-authored 4 ITIL books, including “Service Operation” in ITIL v3 and “Digital and IT Strategy” in ITIL 4.  He has worked in the field as a practitioner, consultant and business executive for over 3 decades.  David has also led ITSM practices in Hewlett-Packard, BMC Software, and Forrester Research.  Today he is the head of the Americas region for PeopleCert.
