Ms. Jody R. Davids has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of PepsiCo, Inc since April 2016. Ms. Davids has more than 30 years of experience leading and developing technology functions for large organizations. In her most recent role before PepsiCo, she served as Chief Information Officer for Agrium, Inc. She led a transformation of Agrium’s IT organization, improving service delivery, integration and costs. She served as an Executive Vice President of Global Shared Services at Cardinal Health, Inc from 2007 to August 2009 and also served as its Chief Information Officer from March 2003 to August 2009. She joined Cardinal Health in January 2000 as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, for Pharmaceutical Distribution, where she was responsible for developing technology strategy and managing all aspects of information technology for the $34 billion pharmaceutical distribution business of Cardinal Health. Ms. Davids joined Cardinal Health directly from Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR., where she was Director of Technology services, since April 1997. She worked at Apple Computer Inc., Cupertino, CA., where she started as a computer programmer in March 1982 and served in positions of increasing responsibility over her 15 year tenure there, spending most of that time in Apple’s Asia Pacific division. She left Apple as senior Director of Supply Chain Re-engineering responsible for the multi-year global program. She has been a Director of Premier, Inc. since January 28, 2015. She served as a Member of Advisory Board at Mobiquity, Inc. Ms. Davids holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
