CIO Initiative Summit
Philadelphia 2026
Why should I pay when other conferences invite me for free?
It is a fair question. Many technology conferences offer CIOs complimentary passes, even travel reimbursement. The reason is straightforward: those events are largely funded by vendors who want access to you. You are the product being delivered to their exhibitors. They need you in the room because their sponsors paid to be near you.
The CIO Initiative Summit is structured differently. We have a small number of partners who help cover event costs, but they participate as equals, not as vendors buying access to you. There is no exhibition floor, no sponsor keynote, no vendor track. The summit is designed entirely around the executives in the room.
Everyone participates as a speaker. There are no passive attendees. Every participant contributes to the conversation, whether through a presentation, a roundtable, or facilitated dialogue. You are not sitting in an audience watching someone present to you. You are in the room, talking through real challenges with your peers.
At large conferences, even when a CIO is on stage, they are speaking to a general audience. At the CIO Initiative Summit, you are speaking with other CIOs. The conversations are candid in a way that only happens in a small, vetted room with no agenda to protect.
The $900 includes two hotel nights at The Notary Hotel, a premier property in the heart of Philadelphia. That alone represents a significant portion of the fee. You are not paying $900 for a badge. You are paying for 1.5 days of executive-level dialogue, two nights of accommodation, and every meal during the summit.
The goal is simple: you leave Philadelphia with something actionable. At least one insight, one conversation, one connection that makes you a better leader or your organization stronger. That is what we build every summit to deliver.
Parliament™ participants receive one complimentary summit per year, any TEI event, including two hotel nights. Contact us directly to confirm your attendance.
