The Executive Initiative® is pleased to announce the formal launch of Parliament™: a selective, invitation-only annual subscription program designed for C-level technology executives who are committed to leading with greater clarity, presence, and purpose.
Parliament™ represents the evolution of The Executive Initiative’s mission to serve C-level leaders through curated, high-value experiences. Where Executive Initiative® summits bring C-level executives together for a single defining event, Parliament™ extends that engagement across a full year: creating a continuous environment for reflection, peer accountability, and meaningful professional growth.
Parliament™ is not a conference, an open-enrollment community, or a passive learning experience. It is a relationship-driven leadership experience, structured around small and intentionally curated cohorts within an exclusive peer community, held in a strictly executive-only, vendor-free environment.

The Parliament™ Experience
Each Parliament™ participant is placed in a carefully curated cohort of C-level executives, selected for balance, diversity of experience, and alignment with shared leadership values. Every cohort is led by a Parliament Advisor: a seasoned CIO with extensive experience leading technology organizations across multiple global enterprises. Cohort Assemblies are held twice per quarter under the Chatham House Rule, creating a confidential environment in which participants can engage openly on the challenges and decisions that matter most.
Parliament™ is structured to deliver sustained value across four dimensions:
- Eight Cohort Assemblies per year, held twice per quarter in facilitated, confidential peer sessions
- Two PersonaWise™ Executive Reflection Reports per year: an AI-driven analysis of leadership presence and external perception
- One personalized one-on-one coaching session per year, grounded in PersonaWise™ insights
- One complimentary Executive Initiative® summit per subscription year of the participant’s choice, including a two-night hotel stay
- Year-round access to Parliament Exchange™: The Executive Initiative®’s private digital peer community
PersonaWise™: Leadership Reflection, Redefined
At the heart of the Parliament™ experience is PersonaWise™, The Executive Initiative®’s proprietary AI-driven executive reflection platform. Delivered twice per year, PersonaWise™ generates a structured, evidence-based analysis of each participant’s leadership presence and how it is perceived externally: across two scored dimensions.
Presence Score: the breadth, depth, and quality of a leader’s professional footprint. Perception Score: the alignment between how a leader is perceived externally and how they intend to show up. Each report is followed by a personalized coaching session to interpret findings and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth.
PersonaWise™ is not a personality assessment or a 360-degree survey. It is a rigorous, data-driven analysis of the signals a leader is already sending: designed to surface insights that are rarely available to executives at any price or through any other program.
Who Parliament™ Is For
Parliament™ is extended by invitation to executives who hold C-level or executive-track roles and demonstrate the leadership presence, openness to reflection, and commitment to peer engagement that the program requires. Cohorts are intentionally small. Every participant is personally reviewed.
Executives who thrive in Parliament™ are those who value trusted peer community over surface-level networking, who are prepared to reflect honestly on how they lead, and who benefit from the guidance of Parliament Advisors whose careers span some of the most complex technology environments in the world.
Parliament™ is not suited to executives who seek vendor introductions or passive consumption. The program is designed for leaders who believe their development as an executive is never complete.
Enrollment and Availability
Parliament™ operates on an annual subscription basis. Cohort sizes are intentionally limited to protect the intimacy and quality of the experience. Parliament™ does not accept open applications. Every participant is invited or referred through The Executive Initiative® network.
Executives who believe they meet the Parliament™ criteria and wish to explore participation are encouraged to submit a request for invitation through The Executive Initiative® website. All submissions are reviewed personally by The Executive Initiative® enrollment team.
