Intended for high-potential IT leaders preparing for executive roles. This pass is offered to a small number of individuals who demonstrate strong leadership capability and readiness for broader responsibility. Aspiring Leaders gain exposure to executive-level discussions, build relationships with seasoned CIOs, and develop perspective on the challenges and expectations of the CIO role.
